Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it, operated by Quantum Nonsense LLC ("Quantum Nonsense," "we," "us"). They have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and are not legal advice.

Agreement to these terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order, and you must be able to form a binding contract. If you're using the site on behalf of someone else, you're confirming you have their permission to do so.

Products

Every item is manufactured after you order it, through a third-party print-on-demand partner — nothing is held in stock. We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can, but actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process, and this isn't treated as a defect.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and set by us. We reserve the right to correct a pricing or listing error at any time, including after you've placed an order — if that happens, we'll contact you before charging the corrected price, or cancel and fully refund the affected order.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or unavailability, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund it in full.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

See Shipping & Returns for delivery estimates and our refund policy. In short: because every item is made specifically for your order, all sales are final except where we made a mistake.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional — guest checkout is always available. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that we believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or abuse of the checkout or account system
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the site beyond normal search-engine indexing
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
  • Interfere with other customers' use of the storefront
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logos, and product artwork are owned by Quantum Nonsense LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product gives you the physical item, not a license to reproduce its design — please don't copy, redistribute, or resell our artwork or branding without permission.

Third-party services

Payments, fulfillment, and other parts of this site are handled by third-party providers (including Stripe, PayPal where enabled, and Printful). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the transaction they handle. We're not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site linked from ours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Nonsense LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum Nonsense LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before pursuing a formal claim, we ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
